Master Bedroom & Private Bath - Top Floor Apt.

Intro:
Hello! I am searching for a new roommate to share a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment with me in nice part of Ktown. The master suite in my apartment just opened up so I am looking for someone interested in renting the large room with a huge private en suite bathroom on a lease that is now month to month.

Logistics:
Rent will be $1800 for the master room, and a private en suite double bathroom. The rent does not including utilities and we will be nestled in a beautiful top floor suite with great features. The apartment has a huge patio with a breathtaking view (I will try and include some photos). It is fully furnished with basic but elegant minimalist decor and furniture. The complex we are in has a pool, gym, business center and beautiful rooftop deck with the best views of the city I have seen for this price. Our apartment itself has in unit washer/dryer, all new stainless steel appliances, a nest AC/Heating system, parking available (street parking for free or structure parking for a fee), a flat screen 50 inch tv and a PUPPY!! :)

Looking for a kind and clean, easy going, respectful, responsible and financially secure person to potentially room with. You can move in as soon as August 20th. The bedroom will not be furnished so you will need to furnished but the common room has furniture. If you have any pieces you would like to bring over to the space I would be more than willing to discuss that.

We will need to clear a good credit score with the leasing office ( (Preferably 700 or above) along with 2.5x your rent (1800x2.5=$4500 monthly income minimum) verifiable with bank statements for the last 3 months. Looking to fill this space ASAP - it doesn't seem like that will be hard - just want to make sure I pick the most compatible roommate for the space so we both can have an enjoyable experience. Although the lease will be month to month I am looking for someone who can commit to at least 6 months minimum before approving a move in. I think once you live here you won't want to leave but if either of us do I want to be able to do so with enough respect for the other person to allow proper accommodation set up so 6 months minimum with a 30 day notice needed before vacating the space.
