We are looking for a new roommate for our beautiful historic apartment in the heart of Koreatown!
The apartment is very large - over 3,000 square feet. 6 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Hardwood floors throughout, working fireplace, a 13 ft projector tv in the living room. Our building also has a 24.7 doorman and garage parking which is a rare find in Koreatown! Only 2 blocks from Wilshire/Vermont subway. Very central location for commuting up to the studios, USC, UCLA, downtown, and the West Side.
The room we have available has a shared bathroom, 2 closets, and includes garaged parking. There are currently 4 roommates that live there full time, and me - but I'm only there 1 or 2 nights a month now.
Internet and electricity are split 5 ways which makes it very affordable!
The room is vacant on 2/1 however it might be available earlier for a prorated rate.
