1 Spacious Bedroom w/ Private Bath in Ktown

This is a spacious room available with your own bathroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. You will only have 1 other roommate (me) because I am using the other bedroom as a home office. I have lived here for 3 years and I don't want to move. This is a great neighborhood with a supreme location, lots of good food nearby and nightlife in walking distance. The building has a lobby, 24 hour security, package service, a gym, and assigned gated garage parking. The apartment has A/C, in-unit washer and dryer, a printer, and wifi. The kitchen has an oven, stove, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster oven, coffee maker, waffle maker (which I never use tbh), a large sink, and a very big modern fridge (that connects to wifi, idk why though). Your room is about 12ft x 12ft excluding the doorway. I can furnish your room, if you want, I have an extra bed, desk, chair, lamps, and bookshelf.

Oh, and a little bit about me, I'm 25, just graduated law school in May, and took the California Bar in July. I would prefer to live with another young professional or a student. The only thing I ask from a potential roommate is to be courteous and considerate. I'm generally pretty tidy and keep the place clean, and I can tolerate a little mess, just please don't make this place look like an absolute trainwreck for days on end and we should be fine.
