Master Bedroom in the heart of LA!

My roommate Katy and I are looking for a third roommate to occupy the master bedroom. It's $1,100 per month and located right in the middle of the city!
Parking spot included in the back. Pets of course welcome if well behaved. We have a cute front yard that is completely gated and private, perfect for taking your furry friends out to roam around.

The room is available April first and it is a one year sublet agreement month to month thereafter. If you wish to get out of lease sooner you can by finding a replacement. Located in Koreatown just 10min or less to downtown. walking distance to subway stations, grocery stores, shopping etc. Very central!! Easy to get anywhere, & yes, it IS SAFE. The room comes with an AC unit and work desk.
The two bathrooms are shared.
Im rarely home because I spend most the time at my boyfriends. We rarely have guests over and we keep the place clean and quiet. We are two responsible adults looking for a compatible roommate. Look elsewhere if you want a party house. I put up multiple photos of the place in different lighting. Also different photos of the available bedroom so that you can see the different ways previous roommates set it up. Katy and I are both super chill.
