Looking For Female Roommate

This is a great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in a very safe neighborhood in La Canada Flintridge. There is a living room with tv, and kitchen space that is shared with one other girl who is very respectful, clean and kind.

There is in-unit laundry and parking space. this will be a one-year lease for $1200 a month. The roommate also has a small cute dog, who is trained and which she takes very good care of.

The apartment is fully furnished and if you need furnishing for the bedroom there is a bed/mattress/desk/desk chair that can be left for you. All furniture has been used less than a year.
