Great location in La Canada north of downtown LA. The apartment is located right at the base of the San Gabriel mountains, view of the mountains from the bedroom window. This is a large, 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with new kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom is unfurnished but can be furnished if needed. I work 24 hour shifts and overtime and will be gone approximately 15 days a month so you will have the place all to yourself during those times. Sociable but not into parties or I can just give you your space. Like to keep the place clean. There is a really nice YMCA within walking distance. There are grocery stores and a CVS a mile away. It is also about a mile to the start of downtown Montrose which has a lot of restaurants and bars. The 2 freeway is 2 blocks away. The place is available now.
