Private Room for Short Term Rent

Beautiful private room available for immediate move it! (Available month to month from June- end of September). I am a born raised LA girl who recently relocated to Austin, Tx (so I apologize for the weird photos. I am not there in person to retake anything). I loved this apartment and was sad to say goodbye. It's a top corner unit so no upstairs noise and a lot of natural light. Private room and your bathroom is not shared (the other room has a bathroom in it). It is a new build so we were the 2nd people to live in the unit so everything is new. W/D is in unit and all appliances are new as well (fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, etc). Unit comes with a private secure garage parking spot (no tandem!), gym, rooftop with fire pits and grills, and a hot tub downstairs. There is an onsite manage and maintenance team who will usually respond within hours for any issues (small building so things get fixed quick!). You have a camera on your doorbell and on the front gate so if anyone rings your apartment or front door you can see them through the video pad in the kitchen (super safe). It's also a secure package building so nothing is left outside or where anyone else has access to it. It centrally located to Culver City, Westside, and downtown so it's easy to get around to all the hotspot in LA. I am subletting my room so there is a roommate already there. She's a young professional from Philly studying at UCLA to become a dermatologist. She's very clean, sweet, and easy going. Interaction will most likely be minimal as we've been friends for years and I barely even saw her since school started. However she is very easy to get alone with and always down to watch the latest trending shows on Netflix. Hope this looks like somewhere that you would want to live! I will coordinate any apartment tours, etc so you can obviously see the space prior to committing.
