Deposit:$1100
Application will need to be completed
Be able to pass a credit check
Pets: we have a cat ( really nice) and are not looking to add.
Parking: street parking available ( lots of availability)
Laundry: in unit

Location: walkable area close to grocery stores and food options, very central location on the west side.

What we are looking for: someone who is clean, considerate and has good communication skills. We are looking for someone who works outside the home as well. Who will be a good fit, we are looking for long term as well.

About me: I work in property management been in LA for 5+ years. I am on the chiller side. I like to cook and try new things in the kitchen. I go out but don’t bring the party home. You will be sharing a bathroom with me :).

Other roommate: she works in the corporate world, likes to be social, loves reality TV and true crime documentary’s. She has a cat who is cute and sweet.
