This complex is very quiet, safe, and mins from downtown Montrose, hardwood floors throughout the apartment, new appliances and two balconies with stunning views. There are also two pools On the property. I am quiet, easy going, and a (quiet) night owl. No parties. I do have one cat. I'm very, very clean, I'm also very respectful and I would hope for the same.
