Room For Rent!

Hi , my grandma , manager of an apartment complex in La Mirada CA & I are looking for someone that is in need of a room . A female , student preferably but very negotiable ... The room would be private , but the hallway bathroom would be shared with 16 year old granddaughter . ( im very clean ! ) lol there is also a bathroom downstairs open to use , as well as the rest of the home . You don?t have to be shy ! My grandma would like someone who would help out every once in a while around the house to keep it clean . There is a $25 credit check & no security deposit . $500 a month . All that is asked is that you provide your own food , a place in the refrigerator will be just for you . We also have a puppy , she?s friendly and loves everyone so please love her . No smoking inside the apartment , there is a back patio & also the rest of the complex . There is a pool on the property as well & we are located next to Behringer Park . Oh & also ! The bedrooom will be emptied if interested & you can put your own furniture in , but if you dont have a bed we can keep the futon in there . Just let me know (:
