Large 2 story house with garage. Ok size backyard with fruit trees. Quite neighborhood with pool and paid gardeners(owners pay for it). PARKING is plentiful. Everyone works and tries to keep the house clean. You?re welcome to the whole house. Bathroom will be shared with another person(half bath downstairs).Large park down the street. $50 more a month for garage/driveway parking. Large room size is available as well as a much smaller room. Smoking will be outdoors only. OUR CAT IS A RESCUE AS A KITTEN AND SHE IS OUTDOORS MOST OF THE TIME. Her name is Mr. kitty or Street Cat.
