We are looking for one female to move into our 2 bedroom x 1 bathroom apartment. The room is shared with one other grad student & has a door leading to our cute little backyard. We are looking for someone clean, kind, & who will hang out with us in the living room while we drink wine and watch movies. We also have a cute cat so we are looking for someone who is not allergic and can enjoy hanging with him as much as we do! Two of us are going into our fourth year at Rosemead and the other is working on her single subject teaching credential so we all stay busy but would love to find someone who is social. Details: $450/month + utilities. Two parking spots are rotated every other week between the four roommates. The apartment complex has a small gym, pool, and laundry on site.
