I am a responsible, clean, organized, friendly female who is seeking a female tenant who is employed full or part time. Non smoker/drinker/no street drugs, no overnight guests and no pets. Must have references and agree to a background/credit check, which will be a non-refundable fee.

I am a socially outward, retired Computer Graphic Artist and work part time out of my home. I am also deeply involved in the music community in this area as a performing musician. While my social life is quite busy, my home life is typically quiet and comfortable. I am easy going, but am also considered the Primary Caretaker of this property, so it is important that a potential roommate meet the above requirements for the continued peace of the home and ability for both of us to enjoy the amazing benefits of living here.
