Large 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in La Verne Village apartment complex. You would be renting the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk in closet. Shared huge kitchen, living room and laundry room with in unit full size washer and dryer. There’s also a space for a computer nook in the living room if needed. I would give you the single car garage to use for parking and we could share storage space in there as well. The community is amazing, quite and gated with tons of amenities( more pictures and info on their website). I’m a chill 33 year old mom with 2 well behaved kids (7&10) and two gentle cats.
