Since I live in the complex, no worries about deposits, utilities, internet, etc. All taken care of and setup.

Sectional couch, love seat with a pull-away bed, tables and some kitchen utensils/appliances. 52" mounted TV with surround sound. Game consoles, Netflix/Hulu/Prime.
