This spacious room for rent includes a door leading to a small balcony and a private restroom. Laundry is in-unit, located inside the master bedroom.
The apartment is a new building, only about 3 years old. There is a small exercise room and community outdoor space in the back.

Strong preference for a female to keep the balance! Current roommates are a professional and two musicians. Comfort with daily music making is a must. We prefer to keep spaces clean and keep personal items separate (such as kitchen utensils, dishes, pans, etc.)
Shared items include a vacuum, and cleaning supplies for general spaces.
Tandem parking (2 spaces) available, we rotate weekly.
