Roommate wanted to renew lease in current APT

My roommate is moving out of the apartment at the end of our current least end of July. I am looking for a roommate to renew my lease.

I am an Architect working full time in the construction field with my office at Playa vista. I usually stay in my own room for the most part. I do have a couple of friends visiting me occasionally. I don't mind you having people over. As long as you pay the bills on time and the common areas are clean, we are good.
