I am offering a private room available September 1st. Room has a new Sealy Posturepedic full-size bed, and a narrow twin bed and tables, (room is for one person only) Lite use of Kitchen,. All use of Dining room, Front and backyard Livingroom ,(No TV use) I am looking for a active male who is a professional with a F/T, M-F ,
8 Hr, 8-4 type of Day job only. (Please do not contatct me otherwise)who pays their rent on time. NO use of drugs, or smoking. (Including Vape) Only Serious Inquires, please! Wifi, Washer, Dryer, plenty of parking, fwy friendly, walk to 6 different parks!! All utilities included, including, gardener, house cleaning(Common areas) Pool man....
Since my house is fully furnished I need someone with just bedroom stuff.
It would work best if you are professional and work away from the home.
