This is only for a single person, no children or animals...

Minimum 1 week, Maximum stay to be discussed, week to week basis, not long term.. no drama, no guests, have to be respectful, clean and tidy. Not a shared house. Just room and bathroom.

My home is very peaceful and positive.

It is very close the Cerritos Mall, just off the 605, so more Cerritos then Lakewood. 15 mins from Long Beach airport, Long Beach and the beaches. Lots of fabulous restaurants, and blocks from Little India…

The room has a very comfortable double/queen bed, tv, WiFi, You will have your own bathroom. If I have other guests then it will be shared. I provide sheets and towels.

There is a patio that you can use to eat, hummingbirds are always flying around. Use of the kitchen, microwave only, though no cooking, fried or smelly foods and must be left in exactly the way it was found, spotless and everything put away. As well as the bathroom, which must be kept clean..

This is not a shared house.

I am a professional in Financial Services for many years. around really happy people, no drama. I am looking for a Single person ( no overnight guests) who loves living in a clean environment, and respectful of my home. Having a great sense of humor is a plus..

No discounts, no animals or children, no guests.. only those in full time employment..
