Private Room In Quiet Neighborhood

Hello, my names tyler, the owner of the property (which i also live at). The house is in a pretty nice/quiet area of lakewood. The house is a 3bed 2.5 bath about 1500 sq ft. Currently I am living with my girlfriend and a friend who Ive known since high school. The bedroom for rent is about 11 by 10ish and all roommates have access to the rest of the house.

Rent is 770 and utilities are about 80 per person (internet/TV/central air/and all other good stuff)

The room for rent shares the full bathroom with just one guy

We are pretty chill people just looking for the right person to live with. We all hang out together and get along so were looking for someone who has the same vibe. We are all between the ages of 28-32 and have full time jobs. New roommate would also need to love dogs. As i have a black lab named jackson and my girlfriend has a toy poodle named tobi. Also, you would be sharing a full bathroom with just one other person and would have access to the other half bath.
