Looking for roommates for a large bedroom and private bath. Remodeled rooms available in a large house in Lakewood, month to month lease. Utilities are all included as I pay for them.

$1500/month room has private bathroom. Available immediately for move in. Deposit $750 but can be split over course of 2 months. It?s the room that looks messy in photos but it?s been cleaned and furnished recently with a queen bed.

I also have available a $1000 room smaller room with shared bathroom. Deposit $500 but can be split up over the course of 2 months. Also has a queen bed and desk.

Looking for:
- Decent credit or have a co-signer
- 2 months pay stubs or 2 months bank account statements
- ID and social security

The home is rented to a girl in one room and sisters in another room ages 21-31. Everyone gets along well and work different hours of the day. Normally everyone sleeps around midnight and wakes around 9-11am

One roommate is allergic to animals so we are trying to avoid any pets. As much as we love them, we can?t have anymore. We already have a cat.

It is located in a large remodeled home in Lakewood Village across the street from LBCC Liberal Arts campus. It has a huge front and backyard with tons of citrus trees. Nice place to hang out.

The living room is furnished and the kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook.
