Located in Lakewood village, walking distance from LBCC, Heartwell Park and Pan-American Park. Located directly between the 405 and the 91, less than a 3 minute walk to public transportation.

The house is 5,000 sq. ft and the upstairs space available is roughly 1000 sq. ft. with a very large backyard with citrus, pomegranate and fig trees.

Rent is $2000 plus half of all utilities. Fully furnished if needed.

No pets.
