My name is Jason, I?m planning on moving out of my apartment that I rent w/ my sister. In order to do so I?d need to find 1 roommate to take my spot on the lease. Preferably by October 1st or sooner; I?m willing to work with anyone if that date is an inconvenience.
You?d be sharing the apartment w/ my sister, in your own room. It is a well kept, spacious & clean apartment. The bathroom is big with lots of space. The apartment also has plenty of cabinets space and storage areas and includes a balcony.
My sister is 20, very nice and easy to get along with. Looking for a female roommate. She?s pursuing a career in photography & modeing at the moment.

RENT/BILLS
Utilities aren?t to expensive as neither of us are home often due to busy work schedules. Our Internet bill is 49.99 a month. If you decide to get to go half on that it would be $25 each. Rent for 1 person would be $695.00.
