Shared bathroom with bathtub. This room is for 1 person only, sorry no couples or children. Must love animals, as there are cats and a small dog living in house. Willing to consider small pet, if pet is dog AND cat friendly & with small pet deposit. Washer and dryer inside house. Rent is $1,100.00, which includes utilities, (electricity, gas, trash and WIFI). Water bill is charged separately. Small deposit of $300 with completion of rental application is required. This is a no smoking and no drugs environment.
