I am looking for a roommate to share my 3 bedroom 2 ? bath townhouse located on a quiet street in a gated community in the North Redondo Beach/Lawndale area that is less than 15 minutes to the beach. Located just east of the 405 with plenty of shopping nearby.
Available bedroom is approximately 15?1? x 13?6? plus closet space. Room will be unfurnished and is big enough for a king size bed w/ 2 nightstands plus a dresser and a couch. There is also a DirecTV box in the room. This room shares a bathroom with one other room/person.
Home has a full kitchen w/gas oven/stove, large open living room/dining room, downstairs half bathroom, and washer/dryer in the garage. There is also central heat and AC. Each roommate has a small storage area in the garage.
A parking spot in the garage is available for an additional $50/month; otherwise there is street parking.
Monthly rent is $900. First months rent and a deposit of $900 are required for move in. Looking for a female roommate in their 20s to 30s. Minimum 6 month lease or can do month to month for $975/month with a $975 deposit.
Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.
Utilities (Electric, Gas, U-Verse Internet/DirecTV) are split among roommates and run approximately $60-$100/month per person. Trash and water are included.
