About the House
The house is a stand alone 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, tucked away behind the front house and hidden behind a gate and completely fenced in. Has a lot of privacy from neighbors and makes it very quiet. There is a huge front patio and a grassy backyard. Housemates share the kitchen, living room, dining room and outdoor space.
This is a unique opportunity to share a house and split the costs of living in the SouthBay 3 miles to the beach and 5 min to the 405.
Current Housemates
-Single male roommate over the age 55 rents the 2nd bedroom with his 5 year old small dog. He is quiet, keeps to himself and works at night. He is clean, polite and very handy to have around the house.
-I am a 39 y. o. Female will be living in the 3rd bedroom during the week (3-4 nights a week) depending on my work schedule. I have a 3 y. o small dog that is very friendly and good with other dogs. I am transitioning my life down to San Diego and I currently run a business that operates in the SouthBay. Needless to say I will be traveling a lot and limiting my time at the house. The house is completely furnished, but if you have furniture, that you would like to move into the common areas that is great because this will allow me to move my furniture into my condo that I am sharing with my partner down in San Diego.
