So it’s a very large master bedroom. You would be able to use all the common areas and the common areas are already fully furnished. You would have full use of the kitchen, including all appliances, dishes, cups, etc. There’s a long driveway and unmonitored street parking (so no tickets ever). The bathroom is yours, except my other roommate would only need to shower in there, but he would do everything else he needs to do in his own half bathroom. Utilities are split 3 ways between all of us. The house has air conditioning that works very well, so we won’t be burning up in here during the heat waves. Hope you find this space interesting!
