Looking for a roommate to share 2 br 2 bathroom

I have a 800sq foot 2bedroom 2bath room apartment located in the city of Lawndale I’m looking to share with a roommate. Ideal would be we each have our own private bathroom. The apartment is furnished other then the bedroom and bathroom I’m renting out.

Located minutes from the grocery stores, the mall, el Camino college, the beach, and conveniently next to the 405.

I have a dog who’s trained and well behaved someone who gets along with dogs is a must! I work a full time job and would prefer someone else with a FT job like myself but am possibly open to students. I’m 420 friendly, I’ll have the occasional beer with dinner but am pretty laid back and don’t party or bar hop.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments but smoking outside is not a problem.

My ideal roommate would be someone who likes dogs, who is respectful, clean, doesn’t party 247, has a full time job, and respects others spaces.
