Roommate Wanted - Own Room & Own Bathroom

hello! my name is Victoria and I’m looking to find a roommate to share my apartment. I’ve lived here almost 2 years. hoping to find someone cool by July 1st! It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in Lawndale right near the corner of Manhattan Beach Blvd and Prairie Ave. super close to the 405 fwy. I’m hoping ideally to find someone who would like to stay 6 months (or longer!). :) I’m asking $1350/month due on the first of each month for your own room and own bathroom. 50/50 split for utilities including internet, gas, and electric (water is included). there is a laundry room on site (no quarters needed it uses an app)! and street parking is available in front of the building or on the two close side streets. the building manager re-painted the room for me so it looks pristine. I have a balcony where you can chill outside. shared living room and streaming apps on my tv in the living room are yours to use in the shared space. please send a message if interested!
