We have a private, furnished bedroom with a private bathroom in the 90304 zip code. This room comes with a small refrigerator and microwave for your convenience. Our location is conveniently located near the 405/105 highways, LAX, and Manhattan Beach. The common areas are the kitchen, living room, and laundry room.

We are three LGBTQ-friendly professionals who work in the tech and finance industries. We enjoy various activities such as hiking, playing tennis and soccer, video and board games, and reading books.

We're seeking a responsible housemate who can consistently pay rent even when they're away, as our landlord is strict about timely payments. We prioritize cleanliness and a clutter-free environment, so we're looking for someone who can clean up after themselves and refrain from hoarding unnecessary items. Smoking, either cigarettes or weed, is prohibited indoors because the scent causes headaches for some housemates, but outdoor smoking is permitted. We can't allow pets due to allergies. Lastly, avoid cooking seafood, shrimp paste, and curry as they can trigger strong allergic reactions.

The rent is $1,200 per month before utilities, the deposit is $500, and the lease is month-to-month. Utilities are usually around $50-$60 per month per person including high-speed internet for working from home. Garage parking is $50 per month and there is free street parking.
