Private Room With Private Bathroom

We have a furnished private bedroom with a bathroom available inside our LGBTQ-friendly co-ed shared house, located in the 90304 zip code, and it is within 15 minutes from the beach. The shared areas are the kitchen, living room, and onsite laundry room. Our current housemates are three working professionals in the tech, finance, and law fields. Some of our hobbies are tennis, soccer, hiking, and playing board games. We are seeking a housemate who ALWAYS PAYS RENT ON TIME even when on vacations, cleans up after themselves, and is considerate towards other housemates. To ensure the comfort of all housemates, we have a few restrictions in place: NO PETS allowed because some housemates are allergic to them, PLEASE DO NOT COOK DRIED FISH and SHRIMP PASTE, and NO SMOKING INSIDE, but outside is okay, because the strong odor is overwhelming to some housemates. The rent is $1,200 monthly, the deposit is $500, and the lease is month-to-month. Street parking is available and the garage parking is an additional $50 monthly.
