I seek a responsible individual who can pay rent by the 1st of each month without excuses, maintain cleanliness, and avoid disruptive gatherings. Indoor smoking is prohibited, but outdoor smoking and indoor vaping are allowed.

Monthly rent is $1,500 with a $750 deposit, both non-negotiable. Utilities are included. The lease is month-to-month.
