Room For Rent - Lincoln Heights - Available Now

We are looking to find a 3rd roommate for our shared apartment. Unfortunately because of financial reasons (COVID) our current roommate is moving out. The room is available April 1st.

ABOUT US:

We are both women in our late 20s who work in digital media. We often cook for each other (and potentially you!) and spend time hanging out watching Netflix and Youtube in the shared space, but we also know how to respect each other's need for privacy and space. We would enjoy living with someone who also loves a movie night after work once in a while.

Amenities:
- AC/Heat in each room (wall units).
- Dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer for laundry.
- Gated, covered parking (you will have your own space!) but street parking is also easy to find.
- Detached storage room
- HUGE enclosed back patio.
- Downstairs bedroom is set up as a 2 person office space for work from home. We do not both use this every day so you are welcome to the space if you need a home office!
