Room available in a 2B2B in Little Tokyo!

I'm looking for a roommate to occupy a bedroom in my 2B2B apartment in Little Tokyo. My current roommate is technically leaving on 7/27, but the room is available now, as she is flexible. Rent is ~$1600. Utilities are $70 and a private, protected parking space, if you need one, is $125.

It's a really nice and spacious place on the fourth floor (six total) with great access to daylight, a balcony, your own shower, bathroom, and a walk-in closet. It's very quiet and comfortable, but also very close to activity, restaurants, grocery stores, transportation, nightlife, etc. It's got a nice balance. There's a pool, 24 hour gym, package lockers, parking, etc. It is a brand new building, built around 2017 or so. So all of the facilities are in top shape. The rooms have a lot of privacy and good sound insulation.

I'm a male architectural designer in my 20s, currently working from home. In my free time, I design, draw, read, and cook. I'm very clean, quiet, and respectful, so I'm looking for a roommate who is the same. If you like to keep to yourself and I never see or hear you that?s cool, if you want to talk and hang out that?s also cool. Either way if you?re chill we?ll get along. Also, because the rooms are very private, you?ll definitely feel that you have your own space and your own life, if that's the kind of thing you're looking for.
