I am a single teacher looking to rent out a spare room in my home. I am clean, quiet, kind and respectful and would prefer to rent to someone who is the same. Females are preferred and couples will not be considered. I own a small dog and a cat so there is no room for any other pets. The room is in a secluded part of the house (does not share a wall with my bedroom) and has plenty of light. There is a full kitchen and space in the fridge, as well as laundry on the premises.
