Townhome Room for Rent

This is a 3 bed 3 bath townhome. You would get the master bathroom with the attached bathroom. There is street and guest parking available. It is a gated community. Mostly furnished, you would be responsible for your bedroom furniture. There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well. We do own a small dog and are open to having another if you have pets. Currently living here is me and my boyfriend, his sister part time/ guest room and the third is available.
