Room for rent

I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath bungalow style house. Old roommate moved out so extra room is available. Living room and kitchen is shared. I am pretty tiddy and respect personal space and common areas. I typically work evenings and nights during the week and days on the weekends. I do have a large live in dog so must be comfortable with dogs. He will never go into your room though unless you invite him in. I pay all the utilities. Room is not furnished but living room and kitchen are.
