Single mom w/10 yr. old boy looking for a responsible female or single parent w/young child to share a house in Lomita (next to Rolling Hills & Torrance). You'll have a private unfurnished bedroom that has new flooring and blinds, two windows, a ceiling fan, lots of closet space, and your own parking space. We share a large kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, dishwasher, washer/dryer, BBQ patio, and private yard. We’re the last house down an off-street lane so it’s quiet and private. Close to restaurants, shopping, schools, the 110 Fwy. and Pacific Coast Hwy. Must be a non-smoker/non-drugs and like kids and our two cats. You pay $1200 a month plus half utilities. You’ll need to pay first, last, and security deposit plus sign a roommate agreement contract. Free WiFi included. Available June 1, 2023.
