This home is a duplex and it will be the front home. Candidate will be renting a private unfurnished room with a shared bathroom. All utilities included (water, gas, electricity, trash, gardening, washer & dryer). Candidate will be sharing living room and kitchen. Parking will be street parking. Candidate can store additional items in garage for storage.
