3 BR / 1 BA entire house or one or more rooms. Pets negotiable, utilities negotiable. There is an enclosed private yard with no other buildings or shared properties; three patios; 2 spaces off-street parking; washer/dryer, full kitchen, dishwasher. If only two bedrooms are needed I may use the small BR as an office for approximately 2-4 days a month. If so I will put the utilities in my name and work out a fair deal.
