About ME: Professional Single woman in early 40s with one dog. My dog?s name is Lima, and she is a border collie mix. She is well mannered, and house trained. My life is just work, my dog, the house and hang out w/friend&family every now and then.
About YOU: Looking for a respectful, responsible, and clean roommate that doesn?t mind having a well-behaved dog in the house. Looking to share a condo in the Long Beach area close to downtown.
ROOM AVAILABLE ON 1/1/2019. This is a month to month lease. Single Occupancy, NO Pets, NO Smoking, NO Drugs and NO Party Animals.
Room includes your own covered parking, sharing W/D inside, kitchen and living area. You will have more than semi-private full bathroom. There is a 2nd full bath, that rarely, if a family or friend comes to visit, they may use that bathroom as well.
This is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom condo in a gated community. The rent is $1000/month includes all utilities (gas, water, sewer, trash, cable and Internet) and $1000 is required and it is a refundable deposit. If you are seriously interested, a $25 for application fee is needed, so I can run a standard background check.
