Looking for roommate to share room with

I live with my sister and her boyfriend in a 2 bedroom one bath apartment in Long Beach. I?m looking for a roommate to share a room with for $500 a month, utilities included. We allow dogs but no cats because we got a puppy. We all are pretty chill, friendly and social drinkers. We are looking for a roommate around the same age as us and one who doesn?t mind us smoking inside at times(no cigarettes inside!
