Parking may become available in the building's underground garage for an additional charge, but onstreet parking usually always available within 1-3 blocks.
Building has an amenity room for larger parties and a well equipped gym with cardio machines
Rent for single occupant, additional occupants $250/mo.
Security deposit required.
One block from Metro Station and Bus Routes. Walking distance to four grocery stores, the beach, and most Gay bars in Long Beach.
