Female replacement

Hi! Looking for someone to take my place on my year lease that ends on Aug 23. If you are able to cosign when the lease ends you can resign a new lease and stay! I currently share a huge master bedroom with two queen sized beds, a walk in closet and a very large, two sink master bathroom. A shared living room and kitchen. The apartment is full of female college students and my roommates have made it clear that they would feel safer/more comfortable with a female! The girl I share a room with will also be moving after the lease is up! It's located in long beach, about two miles from the long beach state campus and long beach city college!
