Private Room and Bathroom, Eastside Long Beach

I am a 27 year old electrical engineer and new grad student looking to rent out my spare room and bathroom in my Long Beach condo. I'm hoping to find a young student or working professional who is friendly, respectful and clean. A parking spot in the garage is available, and laundry and dryer are in the unit. I would prefer starting with a month-to-month lease and then working out something longer term if we get along well. I am a friendly and laid-back person and very easy to live with, I would like to find a roommate who is the same. If you would like to see the place, weekends are best for me.
