800$ Room in charming house built in 1927. We are a trio of artists and musicians who also have professional careers. We range 28-30. We don't mind a party here and there but we do need to be reasonable since we all work. The room being offered is the in the main structure. lots of window light in the evening, nice closet space. 1 bathroom in house, laundry on , backyard w plenty of space for activities / community garden.

We are seeking a responsible person who knows how to adult. Clean up after yourself and your guests, don't be too loud during the week at night, don't do illegal things, respect animals, and pay your bills and we'll all be good. Basically just adult for us please. lol.
