Furnished Bedroom Available

A small private furnished bedroom in a charming Spanish home available for rent. Ideally looking for a responsible person who enjoy is independent yet open to friendship with their roommate and enjoy spending time with my pets (cat and dog). I'd be open to renting to flight crew personnel who travel to LA frequently and prefer to stay in a comfortable home while in town instead of a hotel. Would consider pro-rating rent based upon their stay.
Some of my hobbies include music, movies, hiking, the beach, reality TV, good food, and hardy laughs with witty people. Self disclaimer - I'm a Bravo and Netflix addict.
