I have an extra bedroom and main bathroom for rent in North Long Beach. It?s a Cute Dutch style house in a nice neighborhood. I?m a professional that works long hours during the week. I?m quiet and tidy and easy to get along with. My expectations are; pay rent on time, be respectful and and clean up after yourself. Smokers have access to the patio area. Laundry on site. The rent price is for all bills paid.
