This is a house near Cal State Long Beach, the three current roommates are all students at the university. Looking for female roommates, can be student or not, to take either room. The big room is a loft that can be shared, in which case the rent would be $500 for each occupant. Both rooms will share a bathroom with other housemates. We share all the housework and split utilities evenly. Hoping for 2 fun and respectful roommates to join our household by May!
