Long Beach Room For Rent - 1 Year Lease

Trying to extend the lease on this apartment to another year. My friend on the lease has already left, and I'll need a replacement by 9/1 at the latest. I'm a software developer, I keep regular hours and I'm usually very quiet.

Only personal rules for roommates is no loud music after midnight on weekdays, and no cooking fish indoors without a warning (I have allergies).

Applicants must have an income of 20$ or more, decent credit and the ability to pass a background check.

All furniture visible in the pictures belonged to my ex-roommate and comes with the room.
