Single family home in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. Seeking responsible, courteous and clean professional or student. No guests. No drugs. No smoking. No pets (besides my German Shepherd). Seeking one roommate for the room. Bedroom is about 10 ft x 10 ft with direct access to back patio area. Washer/dryer is inside the house. There is a fridge and fully functioning kitchen for tenant use. House is adjacent to Wilson High School (7th St/Ximeno); easy access to Cal State Long Beach, Downtown LB and walking distance to shops and restaurants on 2nd street. VERY IMPORTANT: you must have first+last months? rent ($800) plus utilities ($75) and $100 security deposit (refundable) to move in. Month to month or 6-12 contract can be discussed. Good references and a stable income or adequate resources to pay for rent will be expected to be shown when meeting in-person. No couples or children- the room rental is for 1 person. Thank you
